SIC Technology Group, Inc. dba Neo Cybernetica (“Neo Cybernetica,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values the trust you place in us when you use this website. This statement describes what information is collected when you visit neocybernetica.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to this website however you access it, including on mobile devices.
The short version: this site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, runs no trackers, stores nothing in your browser, and makes no requests to third-party services. Everything on the page — including the fonts and the live rendering — is served from this domain. The only personal data touched at all is the technical minimum any web server sees in order to deliver a page.

The site is served from Cloudflare's network (Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA), our hosting provider and content delivery network. To deliver the page and to protect it against attacks, Cloudflare's servers process the technical data your browser transmits with every request: your IP address, the requested URL, date and time, browser and operating system identification (user agent), and the referring page. We do not combine this data with anything else or use it to identify visitors; it exists in transient infrastructure logs for security and delivery. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in serving and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
